Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Moon 2 Rise Immigration's Monthly Legal Advice Subscription. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions governing advisory support in Canadian immigration matters. This service offers guidance on study permits, work permits, PR, and related immigration pathways. Full legal representation, document preparation, or court appearances are not included. An initial consultation is required before subscribing—particularly for clients applying to college—allowing us to assess your situation. The consultation fee is separate and non-refundable. Subscribers may access legal advice through up to three phone calls per business day (15 minutes max per call during business hours) and email. Email is preferred and typically receives faster responses. Calls exceeding the daily limit or outside hours will be deferred. We recommend booking calls in advance. This service is billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime; no partial refunds will be issued. The subscription does not establish a solicitor-client relationship beyond advisory services. Respectful communication is expected.
